Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. If you're over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24 hour advance notice for any trip cancellations.
* Wait time rate: For roundtrips with drop-off locations over 15 miles from Clive that require over 30 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $20.00 per hour billed at 15-minute increments for passenger transportation, or a wait time rate of $35.00 per hour billed at 15-minute increments for wheelchair transportation will be incurred in addition to other rates.
** Surcharge rate: For trips with pick-up addresses over 15 miles from Clive, a surcharge rate of $1.00 per mile for passenger transportation, or $1.50 per mile for wheelchair transportation will apply.
